JKC Times

The JKC Times is the Junior Kennel Club’s magazine in which each issue you will find articles that will grab your attention and keep you interested, we send it out to all of our members every two months.

Some of the articles you might find in each issue are:

The Rare Breed Section:

In this article we introduce the reader to breeds around the world that you may have never even heard of; discussing things like their strange appearances, sometimes odd physical structure and many other attributes of the breeds. Always making for an interesting read no matter how bizzare they may be.

The International Handler:

Every issue a Junior Handler from somewhere in the world writes an article on what the dog world in their home country is like, things that they do differently there and also their many Junior Handling experiences.

The Book Review:

Also in each issue there is a book review, where a book that any dog lover would be interested in reading, to further their knowledge of mans best friend and maybe even help with problems you have been experiencing.

Handler Results:

As on our website every issue of the JKC Times has the latest handling results throughout South Africa to keep you up to date on who our top Junior and Child Handlers are.
