Membership
The Junior Kennel Club is an all breeds and all disciplines club with its focus on education,
development and social responsiblitly. We are a committee from various disciplines within
dogdom, aged 15 and up, both our Chairman and Secretary are under 20 years of age.
South African Dogdom has over the years become stale in some respects, and various clubs in the country, although established are set in their ways. Their only offering to their members is an annual open and championship show. Unfortunately clubs are not capitalizing on new talent, this is where the Junior Kennel Club steps in.
We always strive to give friendly help and advice to those who need it and to also put on the best shows possible each year for our members and others within the dog community.
The JKC is a young club with young people, who with your support could do wonders for our sport.
